KriyoPay Procure
Procurement & Supplier Management
Keep supplier records, purchase orders and goods receipts connected to the invoice your team is reviewing.
A module within KriyoPay. One connected product for supplier finance and transport operations.
The workflow.
The context behind it.
Procure brings the purchasing context behind a supplier invoice into KriyoPay. Supplier information, purchase commitments and receipt evidence help finance and procurement resolve questions against a shared record, including when only part of an order has been received.

What to keep in mind
Purchasing evidence supports invoice review; customer-specific policies and connector capabilities need validation.
What to bring to a discussion
Bring supplier-record requirements, purchase-order formats, goods-receipt examples, partial-receipt rules and the people responsible for mismatch decisions.
Configuration, access roles, provider connections and acceptance criteria are agreed for your organization. Evaluate with anonymized examples first.
Questions about Procure.
Can partial goods receipts be recorded?
Yes. Receipt records can include partial receipts and remain connected to purchasing and invoice evidence.
Does every ERP connector write purchase orders and receipts?
No. Connector capabilities vary. For example, TallyPrime inventory purchase-order and receipt writes are not included. Provider-specific requirements need validation.
