Connect logistics documents to the next decision.
Transport companies often track supplier bills, truck costs, delivery evidence and customer collections across separate tools. KriyoTech Labs helps connect these workflows, while KriyoPay brings invoice controls and an early trip-review foundation into one finance operations product.
Logistics & Transportation is our primary industry specialization.
We can develop connected software for transportation businesses, fleet operators, logistics providers and supply chain teams. Start with the operating model, the source systems and the information needed at each handover.
The following are custom engineering scopes to assess, not a list of finished KriyoPay features. GPS tracking and real-time monitoring need compatible devices or provider feeds; routing requires suitable map and operational data. Hardware, external accounts, integration costs and acceptance criteria are agreed separately.
- Transportation management systems, fleet operations and dispatch / trip management.
- GPS-based fleet monitoring, vehicle tracking and route optimization projects.
- Shipment, delivery, driver and freight-management workflows.
- Warehouse / inventory connections and logistics CRM.
- Transport billing, financial automation and operational analytics.
- Customer, driver and vendor portals with appropriate access controls.
Focus on the handover between operations and finance.
An invoice can be present while the proof of delivery is still incomplete. A shipment reference can look plausible without being confirmed against the source. If those distinctions disappear between operations and finance, someone has to reconstruct the context before billing can move forward.
A logistics automation scope can bring the job reference, its documents and the current review decision into the same workflow. The objective is to make the next action understandable: what is ready, what is held and who needs to decide. It does not imply replacing your entire transport or warehouse platform.
- Shipment document sets with reviewed references and clear ownership.
- POD review and visible handling of partial or unclear delivery evidence.
- Freight-charge comparisons against reviewed terms, with exceptions routed for a decision.
- Billing readiness and invoice preparation connected to their source context.
A practical example: partial delivery before billing.
Imagine a fictional shipment of ten packages where the first POD confirms eight. A useful workflow should keep the difference visible and show the evidence still needed. Whether part of that job can be billed depends on the commercial agreement and authorised review, not a blanket automation rule.
We map that decision with your operators and finance team. The agreed workflow can include the source, reviewed quantities, current holds and the person authorised to release the next step. Representative shortages, units and exceptions belong in acceptance testing, not only in a clean demonstration.
Connect payable review to transport finance.
KriyoPay's implemented supplier-payables workflow compares invoices with purchase orders and goods-received records, routes exceptions for authorized decisions and prepares approved records for accounting export. Its current fleet foundation adds truck and driver directories, trip income and expenses, receipt references, follow-ups, trip review and a dashboard summary.
These are related finance workflows, not a full transport-management suite. Live vehicle tracking, route optimization, statutory payroll and direct bank payment remain outside the documented implementation. Connections to an ERP or accounting system need an agreed data contract and customer-side validation.
- Keep supplier payables distinct from customer receivables.
- Make trip costs and missing receipt follow-ups visible for review.
- Define which invoice and trip records belong in the first rollout.
- Agree permissions, evidence handling and accountant validation before using exports.
Useful details before we talk.
Is KriyoPay a full fleet-management system?
KriyoPay includes transport orders, dispatch, trip milestones, delivery proof, driver finance, customer invoices and collections. Live GPS tracking, route optimization and a full TMS/WMS remain outside its current scope. The product page describes the modules and evaluation requirements.
Can you help logistics teams in India and the UAE?
We welcome remote project enquiries from logistics and freight businesses in India, including Pune and Mumbai, and from Dubai and the wider UAE. Document formats, time zones, operating policies and jurisdiction-specific review needs are assessed during discovery.
What should we bring to a pilot discussion?
Bring the process, the systems involved and representative document requirements. Initial enquiries should describe the workflow rather than include confidential files. An authorised sample-sharing process, success criteria and review responsibilities can then be agreed.
